Technical Software Support Analyst (Full Time)



Auto-Star Compusystems Inc., based in Medicine Hat, AB, is an international company providing computer software and services to pharmacy and grocery stores across North America and the Caribbean.

This position is for a Junior/Intermediate Technical Support Analyst and involves end-user and second level software support of our Point of Sale software. This position also involves telephone help desk support, technical training, system troubleshooting, and product demonstrations. The successful candidate will likely have a 2 year diploma in Information Technology, or equivalent industry certifications or work experience. This position is based out of our office in Medicine Hat.

We are seeking candidates with:
- The ability to travel within Canada and internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional attitude, with a focus on results
- The ability to work under pressure
- Retail experience would be an asset in this position
